Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  Identifying and contacting potential customers, including in-house clients and those acquired through various outreach methods (e.g., telecalling, direct mail, etc.). 

• Sales Presentations and Pitches:

  Providing informative and persuasive presentations on the benefits and features of credit card products, and answering customer inquiries. 

• Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:

  Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and addressing their concerns effectively. 

• Meeting Sales Targets:

  Consistently meeting and exceeding established sales targets, including acquiring new customers and increasing the credit card portfolio. 

• Application Processing and Verification:

  Handling and verifying credit card applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation, and adhering to KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations. 

• Product Knowledge and Training:

  Staying up-to-date on the latest credit card products, features, and offers, as well as relevant regulations and competitor products. 

• Reporting and Tracking:

  Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance data to track progress and identify areas for improvement. 

• After-sales service:

  Providing support and assistance to cardholders with any queries or concerns they may have.

• Strong Sales Skills: Proven ability to effectively communicate, persuade, and close sales. 

• Excellent Customer Service Skills: Ability to build rapport, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
