ob Responsibilities:

Sell Yes Bank credit cards through field sales, cold calling, and lead generation.

Identify and approach potential customers, explaining the benefits and features of Yes Bank credit cards.

Achieve sales targets from the first month by effectively converting leads into customers.

Collect and verify necessary documents for credit card applications.

Ensure compliance with Yes Bank’s guidelines and maintain accurate records.

Conduct follow-ups to maximize approval rates and customer satisfaction.

Stay updated with bank policies, new offers, and industry trends.

Work closely with the CardsWill team and Yes Bank representatives to enhance sales performance.
