Key Responsibilities:
Engaging Colleges:
Reach out to colleges in and around your base location to connect with Deans, HODs, and Training & Placement Officers. Communicate the value proposition of the organization’s career programs and build institutional partnerships.
Conducting Student Engagements:
Organize and execute sessions, events, and webinars to introduce students to cutting-edge career programs designed to help them launch successful careers.
Career Counselling:
Guide final-year students and recent graduates by understanding their aspirations and recommending career programs that can enhance their employability and growth.
Promoting Online Learning:
Advocate the benefits and impact of online learning models and highlight the organization’s innovative digital learning solutions.
Sales and Conversions:
Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle for assigned leads – from making outreach calls/video calls, giving product demonstrations, handling objections, closing sales, and nurturing post-sales relationships.
CRM & Database Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and feedback using the company’s CRM system.
Candidate Profile:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
Highly dedicated and self-driven individuals with a results-oriented mindset.
Prior experience in EdTech or field sales is a plus.
Proven track record of high performance in sales roles.
Ability to connect with learners, demonstrate empathy, and build trust-based relationships.
Organized and disciplined approach to lead management, task prioritization, and achieving sales targets.
Willingness to travel, engage on the field, and seize opportunities to earn incentives and grow a thriving career in sales.
