Facility Executive

• Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff including cleaners, janitors, and housekeeping attendants.

• Monitor cleanliness standards across all areas including offices, restrooms, common spaces, and special areas.

• Schedule shifts and manage manpower deployment efficiently to ensure optimum coverage.

• Conduct daily inspections and audits to ensure compliance with hygiene and facility standards.

• Maintain housekeeping inventory and manage procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment.

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for specialized cleaning, pest control, and waste management services.

• Ensure adherence to safety and health protocols in cleaning operations.

• Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff on best practices and new procedures.

• Handle guest or occupant complaints related to cleanliness and take corrective action promptly.

• Prepare and submit regular reports on housekeeping performance, budget, and maintenance needs.
