Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and disciplined Field Collection Executive to manage and execute loan recovery activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, collecting overdue payments, and ensuring timely repayment while maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers for overdue payment collection and recovery of outstanding loans.

• Explain repayment terms and negotiate payment plans if needed.

• Follow up with defaulters through field visits, phone calls, and personal interactions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines while handling collections.

• Maintain records of collection activities and submit daily reports to the management.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage timely payments.

• Identify and escalate cases requiring legal or higher-level intervention.

• Coordinate with the internal recovery and legal teams to take necessary actions.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; a graduate degree is preferred.

• Experience: Fresher -3 years in collections, field recovery, or similar roles in the BFSI sector.

• Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.

  • Knowledge of local geography and language.

• Other Requirements:

  • Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
