Bihar Job Location: -

Sitamarhi, Supaul, Gopalganj, Jamui, Katihar, Khagaria, Lakhisarai, Madhubani, Motihari, Muzzaffarpur, Nawada,Pupri, Raxaul, Rupauli, Saharsa, Sahebganj, Samastipur 

Salary: 12k to 15k Fixed NTH Salary + 3,000 Travel Allowance + Lucrative Incentives

Incentive Structure:

40,000 collection - 3,000 incentive

60,000 collection - 4,000 incentive

80,000 collection - 6,000 incentive

1,00,000 collection - 8,000 incentive

Job Summary: -

We are looking for a motivated Field Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-ground collection activities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely recoveries.

This role offers a competitive salary along with attractive incentives based on monthly collections.

Key Responsibilities:

· Visit customers as per the assigned list to recover pending dues.

· Ensure timely and accurate collections from customers.

· Maintain records of collection activities and update reports.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for smooth recoveries.

· Follow up on payments and resolve queries related to collections.

· Adhere to company policies and ethical collection practices.

Requirements:

Ø  Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).

Ø  6 months - 1 year of experience in field collections (preferred).

Ø  Must own a smartphone and have basic knowledge of using apps.

Ø  Willingness to travel locally.

Ø  Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
