Key Responsibilities:
Field Collection: Conduct timely and effective field visits to customer addresses for overdue amount collection.
Adhere to Collection Guidelines: Follow company SOPs, legal guidelines, and fair collection practices during interactions with customers.
Customer Communication: Maintain professionalism while communicating with customers, ensuring a smooth and positive collection experience.
Timely Reporting: Update customer information and feedback promptly on the company app for each case.
Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly collection targets as assigned by the management.
Issue Resolution: Report any issues faced during field visits to the field collection manager in a timely and cordial manner.
Work Schedule: Adhere to a regulated fieldwork schedule from 10 AM to 6.30 PM, ensuring consistency and discipline in daily activities.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customers are treated with respect and their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Open to any educational background.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in collections, sales, or field operations roles.
Proficiency in [Language: Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, etc.] is mandatory.
Good problem-solving abilities.
Work Ethics: High degree of responsibility, discipline, and integrity in handling work.
Understanding of Loans: Basic understanding of loan processes and documentation, as trained by the company.
Time Management: Strong planning, organizing, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and visits.
