Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Field Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-ground collection activities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely recoveries. Key Responsibilities:- Visit customers as per the assigned list to recover pending dues.- Ensure timely and accurate collections from customers.- Maintain records of collection activities and update reports.- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for smooth recoveries.- Follow up on payments and resolve queries related to collections.- Adhere to company policies and ethical collection practices. Incentive Structure: 40,000 collection - 3,000 incentive 60,000 collection - 4,000 incentive 80,000 collection - 6,000 incentive 1,00,000 collection - 8,000 incentive Requirements:- Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).- 6 months - 1 year of experience in field collections (preferred).- Must own a smartphone and have basic knowledge of using apps.- Willingness to travel locally.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
