The Field Coordinator is responsible for overseeing field operations, coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining compliance with company policies. Site Supervision & Coordination:
Visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with company standards.
Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve on-site issues.
Client & Vendor Liaison:
Act as the main point of contact for clients and address their queries.
Communicate project updates and timelines to stakeholders.
Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth procurement processes.
Project & Documentation Management:
Assist in scheduling site visits, inspections, and meetings.
Keep detailed records of site activities, reports, and work progress.
Ensure all permits, contracts, and regulatory documentation are up-to-date.
Quality & Compliance Monitoring:
Ensure projects meet safety and legal compliance standards.
Conduct inspections to verify that work aligns with company and industry standards.
Reporting & Communication:
Provide regular updates to management on project status.
Prepare reports related to field operations, site challenges, and recommendations.
Collaborate with internal departments like sales, legal, and finance to streamline operations.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in real estate, construction, or field operations.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel frequently to different project sites.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
