Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales within a designated territory, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets for your assigned territory.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Understand customer needs and present appropriate products/services to meet those needs.
Market Research & Feedback: Conduct regular market research to stay updated on competitor activities, trends, and customer feedback.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports to the sales manager on sales activities, pipeline status, and challenges.
Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Conduct cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies to expand the customer base.
Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate prices and close sales deals with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
On-Site Visits: Meet with clients on-site to provide product demos, consultations, and resolve any customer concerns.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in field sales or a similar role
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
