Job Title: Business Development Executive - Signage and Branding Industry

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Business Development Executive to join our team in the signage and branding industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at promoting our signage and branding solutions within the retail sector. This role requires a deep understanding of retail marketing trends, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Travelling: All over Tamilnadu & sometimes interstate also want to travel
Travelling allowance will be provided in organization.
Want to meet the client directly and take measurement for our production work and that reports has to be submitted with our operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and generate leads within the retail sector.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with retail clients.
Create engaging marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and case studies, to display our products and services.
Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website content, to effectively reach retail audiences.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives to engage retail clients and prospects.
Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve results.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in retail marketing, continually seeking ways to enhance our marketing efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and customer service, to ensure the successful delivery of projects and campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the signage and branding industry or retail sector.
Strong understanding of retail marketing strategies, including digital marketing, brand positioning, and customer segmentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and presentations.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management tools, email marketing software, and Google Analytics.
Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing solutions that drive business results.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform marketing decisions.

Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings, events, and trade shows.
