Field Executive

This is a total field target based job which requires mobilization of fresh Intermediate passed out students from science background for admission in our Government funded skill development program within Jharkhand. The Mobilisation process is to inform the youth about the opportunity of participating in skill development program to generate employability skills.

Process:

1. Direct Channel – Mobilizer will do the mobilisation.

2. Referral Model-Student to Student mobilisation.

3. Advertisement Model-Through Posters/Pamphlets/Brochure/KNOP

4. ULB Referral-Through Urban Local Bodies

5. Database through Schools / Colleges

6. Community Seminar Model-Aaganbadi, Mahilla Samities

7. Digital Seminar-Digital Seminar through projector based powerpoint presentation.
