Position: Field Recruiter
Location: Greater Noida
Salary: ₹15,000/month + ₹5,000/month (Travel Allowance)

We are looking for a Field Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities in various locations. The role involves sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates while actively participating in recruitment events. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Source and engage candidates through various platforms.

• Conduct interviews and screen candidates for various roles.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to meet recruitment requirements.

• Travel to recruitment events and job fairs for talent acquisition.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Basic proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.

Compensation:

• ₹15,000/month salary + ₹5,000/month travel allowance.
