Job Summary: The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales in a designated territory by engaging with potential customers, building relationships, and promoting the company’s products or services. This role involves visiting clients and prospects in the field, understanding their needs, providing solutions, and closing sales. The Field Sales Executive plays a key role in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:Identify and prospect new clients in the designated territory.Meet with potential and existing clients to promote products or services and generate sales.Present company offerings in a clear and compelling manner to prospective clients.Demonstrate products or services on-site, addressing client needs and inquiries.Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale support to maintain long-term client relationships.Regularly visit existing clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover new business opportunities.Sales Targets & Performance:Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and report progress to the Sales Manager.Keep accurate records of all sales activities, client communications, and follow-up tasks.Market Analysis & Reporting:Research market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to stay informed about the industry landscape.Provide feedback to the sales team and management on competitor activities, customer needs, and product improvements.Prepare regular sales reports and update the CRM system with client interactions and sales status.Negotiation & Closing:Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract details with clients to close sales effectively.Overcome objections and handle rejections in a professional manner.Ensure timely closure of deals and follow through on commitments.Collaboration & Teamwork:Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment in sales strategies and initiatives.Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, delivery, and customer service.Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on products and sales techniques.
