Job Description:

We are looking for a Field Technician to handle WiFi installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance at client locations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of networking and be comfortable working on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure WiFi routers, modems, and network devices at customer locations.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.

• Ensure proper wiring, device placement, and signal optimization.

• Educate customers on basic WiFi troubleshooting and usage.

• Maintain records of installations and service calls.

• Coordinate with the technical support team for escalations.
