Customer Visits: Visit customers at their location to evaluate their vehicles, discuss the scrapping process, and provide on-site appraisals for car selling or scrapping.
Field Sales & Negotiation: Engage with potential customers to generate sales by explaining the advantages of car scrapping, answering queries, and negotiating the price based on vehicle condition, market rates, and other factors.
Mechanic Coordination: Coordinate with in-house or external mechanics to inspect cars at customer locations and ensure accurate assessments for scrapping.
Documentation & Paperwork: Ensure all required documentation is completed during the field visit, including agreements, title transfers, and any necessary legal paperwork.
Conveyance Charges: Charge a conveyance fee of 4 INR per kilometer for travel to and from customer locations, ensuring transparency and accurate billing for transportation.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a strong rapport with customers, providing them with guidance and support through the entire car scrapping process. Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent customer service.
Lead Generation: Actively identify new leads by engaging with car owners, dealerships, or workshops interested in scrapping their vehicles.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for car scrapping, maximizing customer conversions through effective field engagement.
Market Feedback: Provide feedback to the management on customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends to help improve services and offers.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with internal teams for vehicle pick-up, scrapping, and operations, ensuring smooth communication and timely processes.
Travel & Logistics: Ensure efficient and cost-effective travel to various customer locations. Maintain records of travel and conveyance expenses.
