We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Field Executive to join our team. The role involves visiting nearby shops and clients based on service tickets raised. You will be responsible for resolving issues related to QR codes, Soundbox devices, card machines, and other on-site merchant services.
Visit shops and merchant locations as per service tickets assigned
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to QR codes, Soundbox, and POS machines
Install, replace, or configure hardware and software as required
Educate merchants on usage and basic troubleshooting of devices
Ensure proper documentation of every service visit using the internal system
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service
Coordinate with the backend support team for unresolved or technical escalations
Provide feedback to improve service efficiency and customer experience
12th pass / Graduate in any stream
0–2 years of experience in field service, device installation, or technical support (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
Basic knowledge of smartphones, Android apps, and device connectivity
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving attitude and a customer-first approach
Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license
Comfortable traveling within assigned areas or zones
