Job Description
Responsibilities :
Counselling patients about the services they may need through structured discussions
Provide awareness and clarity of the services offered by the company to the patients
Create or increase interest in our service offerings
Understanding the patient problems and help them throughout the journey
Be the single point of contact for all patient needs
Co-ordinate with the partner on billings
New patients follow up & maintain and follow up daily patients (new and old)
Liasing with partner hospitals to provide clarity to the patients
Going above and beyond to ensure patient gets the best care
Job Requirements :
1 - 3 Years experience in Customer Care or relevant field
Excellent communication skills
Ability to hold conversation and be process driven
Healthcare experience will be a bonus

Presence of Vehicle in a must
Language Preference : Kannada is a must
