We seek a dynamic and motivated Field Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will conduct site visits, coordinate with clients, and support sales and marketing activities on the ground. This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of real estate operations, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Conduct site visits with prospective clients and provide detailed property insights.
Maintain relationships with property owners, builders, and developers.
Assist in property documentation, agreement execution, and verification.
Gather and analyze market trends to support sales and marketing strategies.
Coordinate with the sales team to generate leads and convert prospects into buyers.
Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and maintain a database of interactions.
Support the digital marketing and sales team by capturing high-quality photos and videos of properties.
Ensure smooth coordination between buyers, sellers, and legal teams for property transactions.
Manage and update property listings in company databases and online platforms.
Travel to various locations as required to fulfill job responsibilities.
