1.classroom orientation for new hires over 3days .

2.Refresher training for new hires .

3.on the job training for new hires { BPCL PUMP ,STORES , MALL }

4.Tracking new hire productivity through sale and training .

5.coordinate training schedules to uphold sales productivity and drive performance metrics .

6.willing to travel and provide field observations .

7.managing BQ profiles and Developing refresher training as needed.

8.flexibility to travel to various locations is required .

9.possessing a two - wheeler would be advantageous .

10.proficiency in excel , Microsoft office, and email composition is essential.

11.candidates should be well- presented and capable of confidently delivering presentations .

12.strong communication skill and proficiency in the regional language are essential based on the location .
