Job Description

1. Verifying, inspecting, and affixing notices on mortgaged assets in the field.
2. Coordinating document handovers between banks and offices.
3. Regularly visiting borrowers/properties for allocated accounts.
4. Collaborating with the Back Office Controller for necessary requirements.
5. Arranging Symbolic Possession and Physical Possession, including liaison with police and duty magistrate/court commissioner.
6. Assessing the market value/status of mortgaged properties.
