- Visit customers and keep accurate records

Conduct field surveys, visits, and inspections as required.
Collect and document data from clients, vendors, or customers in a timely manner.
Assist in the delivery and collection of documents, products, or services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of field visits and activities.
Address client/customer queries and provide information as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines during field operations.
Liaise with internal teams for coordination and follow-ups on ongoing tasks.
Assist in troubleshooting issues related to field activities and resolve them promptly.
Report any concerns or observations to the management for necessary action.
Provide regular feedback on field operations and suggest improvements.
