Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction:
Meet potential clients to showcase properties and explain project details.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Site Visits:
Conduct property site visits with clients to highlight key features.
Ensure the property is presentable and all necessary arrangements are made for client visits.
Lead Management:
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other channels.
Convert leads into sales by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
Market Research:
Gather insights on market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve strategies.
Documentation Support:
Assist clients with necessary documentation for booking or purchasing properties.
Coordinate with the back-office team to ensure smooth processing of transactions.
Promotional Activities:
Represent the company in events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
Distribute marketing materials and spread awareness about the projects.
Reporting:
Provide daily reports on client meetings, site visits, and sales progress to the reporting manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Education: Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Good understanding of real estate market trends and practices.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Requirements
Own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for commuting to sites.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
