Job Description
- Visit customers and keep accurate records
- Explain product features and benefits
- Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships
- Generate leads and negotiate deals
Accurate Gold Valuation: Check the gold’s quality carefully, avoid mistakes with stones, and ensure no fake ornaments are accepted.
Follow Rupeek’s Rules: Complete KYC verification, register customers online, and strictly follow all company policies.
Loan Process Coordination: Work with managers to get loans approved and assist in completing the remittance process.
Fieldwork to Find Customers: Visit local areas to meet people who may need gold loans, explain Rupeek’s services, and help them understand the benefits.
Building Customer Relationships: Find new customers and maintain good relationships with existing ones to get renewals and referrals.
Customer Support: Answer questions and resolve customer doubts during the loan process to ensure a smooth experience.
