ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Schedule and organize site visits for clients/stakeholders.

Handle customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns. Communicate with teams to ensure a smooth visit experience.

Document visit details and ensure compliance with regulations.

Provide on-site support and follow up
