Job Title: Sales Executive – Auto Spare Parts
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard mechanics through effective presentations and product demos.
Train mechanics on app usage and provide ongoing support.
Promote our auto spare parts, suppliers, pricing, and delivery benefits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with mechanics.
Track market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Prepare detailed sales reports and provide actionable insights.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
4–6 years of sales experience in auto spare parts or lubricant industry.
Existing mechanic network is a strong advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and CRM skills.
Proactive, analytical, and target-driven professional.
