Job Title: FMCG Sales Officer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented FMCG Sales Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with distributors and retailers, and ensuring the availability and visibility of our products in the market. The role requires an individual with a strong sales background in FMCG, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement: Drive and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory or region.
Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, potential distributors, and retailers to expand the reach of our products.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including distributors, retailers, and wholesalers,
to ensure smooth operations and repeat business.
Product Distribution: Ensure the availability and optimal stock levels of our products in the market by working closely with distributors and retailers.
Promotions and Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and support brand visibility in stores.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, competitor activity updates, and market feedback to the management team.
Market Analysis: Track market trends, competitor performance, and customer preferences to suggest improvements in product offerings and sales strategies.
Customer Service: Address any customer complaints, queries, or issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Training & Development: Train and guide sales representatives and distributors on product features, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector, preferably in a similar role.
Strong Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the FMCG industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade.
Market Knowledge: Understanding of the local market, customer preferences, and competitor activities in the FMCG industry.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Team Player: Collaborative with a strong ability to work in a team environment while managing individual targets.
Proficiency in MS Office: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
Valid Driver's License: A valid driving license may be required, depending on the territory coverage.
