Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Experience Required: 1 to 2 years

Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month + 15-20% incentives + travel allowance

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Age Limit: Below 40 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

•

Lead Generation: Build a strong customer base through active lead generation.

•

Sales Execution: Promote and sell health insurance plans to retail and SMB customers.

•

Territory Management: Manage sales in assigned territories after training.

•

Meeting Targets: Achieve monthly sales goals.

Training & Development:

•

Classroom Training (7 days): Comprehensive product and sales training.

•

On-the-Job Training (7 days): Practical field experience interacting with customers.

Work Locations:

•

Multiple areas across Bangalore, including Bannerghatta Road, Bommanhalli, JP Nagar, Banashankari, Nagarbhavi, Kamanhalli, Peenya, Koramangala, Kaggadaspura, and Srirampura (Malleshwaram).
