- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial sales (Mutual Funds preferred)

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Proven ability to meet sales targets

- AMFI/NISM certification preferred

Branch Manager:

- 3+ years of experience in managing sales teams and branch operations

- Leadership skills with a track record of growing business

- Sound knowledge of mutual fund products, compliance, and regulations
