We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably from the financial services or telecom sector. The role involves direct field sales, client relationship management, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, cold calling, and lead generation strategies.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and competitive advantages to prospects.
Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and update CRM tools as required.
Attend product training and participate in regular team meetings and performance reviews.Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of field sales experience in sectors like Insurance, Banking, NBFC, or Broadband.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Age: Preferably not exceeding 37 years.
Must own a two-wheeler (if applicable) and a valid driving license.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills is a plus.
