Field Sales Executive

Job Overview:

The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations for cold drink distribution in the Delhi NCR region, managing a team of 10-12 Sales Executives. The primary objective is to ensure the team meets revenue targets by driving product placement, availability, and visibility across small cold drink shops. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the FMCG distribution model, and a proven track record in sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Planning & Execution:

   • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

   • Identify and focus on high-potential areas for market expansion.

2. Team Management:

   • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 10-12 Sales Executives.

   • Conduct regular meetings to review performance and share market insights.

   • Provide on-the-ground training and support to enhance team efficiency.

3. Market Coverage:

   • Ensure optimal market coverage by deploying the sales team effectively.

   • Identify and onboard small cold drink shops as retail partners.

4. Distributor & Partner Relations:

   • Build strong relationships with distributors to ensure uninterrupted product supply.

   • Address and resolve supply chain or partner-related issues promptly.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting:

   • Analyze sales data to track team performance and market trends.

   • Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Regional Sales Head.

6. Market Development:

   • Monitor competitor activities and recommend counter-strategies.

   • Plan and execute localized promotional activities to boost sales.
