Job Title: Field Sales Executive / Field Sales Representative
Job Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development

Identify and acquire new customers for Bosch products in the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, distributors, and retailers.
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Customer Relationship Management

Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
Handle inquiries, provide product demonstrations, and offer post-sales support.
Market Research & Analysis

Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
Identify new business opportunities and potential growth areas.
Technical & Product Knowledge

Stay updated on Bosch products, features, and applications.
Educate customers on product benefits and usage.
Reporting & Coordination

Provide sales reports and forecasts to management.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and after-sales service.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 1-5 years in field sales, preferably in industrial tools, automotive, or consumer goods.
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to travel extensively within the region.
Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
