Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in your assigned area & exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and relationship management.
Identify and prospect new residential customers through door-to-door sales and engage potential clients through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and preference with new and existing clients for retention and upselling opportunities.
Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify customer needs and market trends.
Prepare and submit timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Job Requirements:
Candidates with 12th Pass and 0-1 years of experience in the sales field can apply for this role. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must.
