Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven field sales executive with a strong sales background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our healthcare products/services directly to clinics, hospitals, doctors, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients including doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers.

• Conduct regular field visits and follow-ups to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective clients.

• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.

• Keep a clear record of client meetings, calls, leads, and sales activity in CRM or reports.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services.

• Handle client queries, objections, and feedback professionally.

• Participate in exhibitions, health camps, or promotional events as needed.
