We are committed to innovation and excellence in our solutions and customer service. Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. This role involves managing inbound leads, handling CRM activities, conducting outbound cold calls, and undertaking field visits to industries and factories within Noida, Faridabad, Delhi, and Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will drive sales for our DTF printers, raw materials, and printing services, contributing to our growth and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Handle inbound leads from India Mart and manage customer relationships through our CRM system. • Perform field visits to local industries and factories to promote and sell our products. • Execute outbound cold calling to generate new business leads. • Achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. • Provide detailed information and demonstrations of our products to potential clients. • Manage the India Mart dashboard to optimize lead handling and conversions. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop new strategies to increase sales. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field. • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the textile or printing machine industry. • Strong familiarity with CRM software and the India Mart platform. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Willingness to travel extensively across the designated regions.
