Sales Executive Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:

2. In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market in Bangalore, including property types, pricing, and market trends.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.
4. Valid driver's license and proficiency in driving a four-wheeler.
5. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
6. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
7. Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and online property listing platforms.
8. Familiarity with legal aspects, documentation, and procedures related to property transactions in Bangalore.
9. High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards in dealing with clients and sensitive information.
10. Proactive and result-driven approach, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
11. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
