Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.

• Create engaging content for website, social media, and marketing collateral.

• Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including website updates and social media management.

• Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.

• Organize and participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.

• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution of campaigns.

• Work with external agencies for branding, advertising, and public relations initiatives.

• Track and analyse marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports.
  
  Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 3-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the construction or flooring industry.

• Excellent communication, creative writing, and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
