We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in the water treatment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, industry knowledge, and a results-driven approach to selling water softeners and filtration systems.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, and referrals.
Educate customers about the benefits of water softeners and recommend suitable solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
Negotiate and close sales deals with residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors’ products.
Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, preferably in water treatment, home appliances, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
