As an Everest Fleet FSE, you’ll focus on attracting and onboarding drivers through strong sales, persuasion, and relationship-building in a field role.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct field sales activities to source and onboard drivers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential drivers.
Achieve daily and monthly driver onboarding targets.
Possess good convincing and presentation skills.
Generate new business for the organization.
Follow up on leads generated throughout the day.
Handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Have good knowledge of nearby localities.
Requirements:
Field job mandated
Education:
Minimum High School Diploma.
Experience:
6 months - 2 years of experience in Field Sales.
Skills:
Strong sales attitude with the ability to convince and convert leads throughout the day.
Fluency in local language.
Basic ability to read and write in English.
Ability to motivate and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets.
Additional Information:
This is a contractual job for six months.
If performance is satisfactory, candidates may be confirmed on payroll
