Field Sales Executive

Field Sales Executive position is open at FirstCry in Kelambakkam. As part of our promotion, we have tie-ups with various hospitals in Chennai and we provides free gift boxes to parents who came to these hospitals for giving birth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹23000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit hospitals and make sure the gift box is delivered properly.

• Take feedback from the customers(Parents).

• Build strong customer relationships and boost our sales through promotions.

• Identify new hospitals to tie-up with

• Report performance metrics and feedback to management regularly.

• Maintain and grow the client database effectively.

Job Requirements:

Candidates with 12th Pass and 0-6+ years of experience in the sales field can apply for this role. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Candidates should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilise technology effectively are essential.

First round will be a telephonic interview and also a mandatory field-visit will also be there.
