Job Description

Visit customers and keep accurate records
Explain product features and benefits
Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships
Generate leads and negotiate deals

JD:
-Actively prospect and acquire new customers through various sales techniques (including cold calling, direct mailing, and door-to-door sales).
-Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate savings and current account products.
-Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
-Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
-Keep abreast of product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
-Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer information, and pipelines.
-Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

•Opening of accounts -Current accounts & saving accounts(CASA Marketing)
•DL/LLR(Driving License Mandatory (bike is not mandatory)
•English & Regional Language mandatory.
•CTC: 18 K + Incentives (travel expense included)
•Reporting to branch office
