4. Performance Tracking

• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress using CRM tools.

5. Market and Product Knowledge

• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

• Provide valuable feedback to internal teams on customer demands and potential product improvements.

6. Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and brainstorming workshops.
