Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in the tourism industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our travel and tourism services. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients, including travel agencies, hotels, and corporate organizations, to promote tourism packages.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.

• Conduct field visits to prospective customers, understand their travel needs, and provide customized tourism solutions.

• Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and maximizing revenue opportunities.

• Represent the company at trade shows, events, and networking meetings to generate leads.

• Provide customers with detailed information about travel packages, destinations, and special offers.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging travel destinations.
