💼 Industry: Sanitary Ware & Bath Fittings
⏳ Experience: 1-3 Years (Preferred in Sanitary Ware, Bath Fittings, or related industry)
🎓 Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
💰 Salary: ₹[15,000 - 20,000] + Incentives + Travel Allowance

Job Responsibilities:

✔ Identify & approach potential customers (dealers, retailers, contractors, builders).
✔ Generate new sales leads through field visits, cold calling & networking.
✔ Conduct product presentations and explain features to clients.
✔ Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve targets.
✔ Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
✔ Travel to assigned territories and expand the market reach.
✔ Process orders & coordinate deliveries with the logistics team.
✔ Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the management.

Skills Required:

🔹 Good communication & negotiation skills.
🔹 Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
🔹 Knowledge of the local market & customer base.
🔹 Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
🔹 Ability to work independently & manage time effectively.
