### Job Responsibility: Source Relationship Management
••Role Overview••:
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and nurture relationships with all sources assigned within the allocated geography or area. The individual will be accountable for understanding the potential of each source, ensuring the target Lead Source Ratio (LSR), Sales Lead Ratio (SLR), and Market Share (MS) are achieved. This involves actively working with the sources to maintain strong, long-term relationships while leveraging various tools and resources to enhance these relationships, improve performance metrics, and drive business growth. The individual must continuously monitor, assess, and report on the performance of each source to ensure consistent results and contribute to the overall success of the team.
••Key Responsibilities••:
- Build and maintain relationships with all identified sources in the allocated geography/area.
- Understand and assess the potential of each source and ensure that the expected LSR, SLR, and MS targets are consistently met.
- Utilize various tools and resources to strengthen and improve relationships with the sources, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Regularly monitor performance metrics, adjusting strategies to improve efficiency and output.
- Provide feedback and insights to the reporting manager on the status and progress of the sources under management.
••Salary & Incentives••:
- ••Base Salary••: Up to ₹25,000 per month.
- ••Incentive••: Performance-based incentives, up to ₹1,00,000 annually, depending on the achievement of targets and overall performance.
