Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of assigned units to ensure adherence to company standards.

• Need to hire agents for Insurance selling.

• Monitor performance metrics (e.g., sales, efficiency, customer satisfaction) for each unit.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, health/safety, and legal regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.

• [3-4] years of experience in operations, logistics, or multi-unit management.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• All documents are mandatory.

• 2 Wheeler is required.

• English and Telugu is Mandatory.

• No Career gap more than 6 months.
