Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We're seeking an MBA Sales professional with 1-2 years of experience to drive sales and build relationships with customers in bathroom renovation projects.

Key Responsibilites:

- Generate new leads and identify potential customers for bathroom renovation projects.

- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

- Present and promote Reno-Bath’s products and services to prospective clients.

- Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis.

- Understand customer needs and recommend solutions that align with their preferences and budget.

- Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.

- Attend trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to represent Reno-Bath.

Requirements:

- MBA degree with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Business

- 1-2 years of sales experience

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong understanding of sales principles
