Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell open plots.

Conduct field visits and site inspections to showcase properties to prospective buyers.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.

Understand client needs, provide suitable property recommendations, and facilitate transactions.

Negotiate pricing and terms to successfully close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
