Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting potential clients, and closing sales deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and cold calling.

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Present and promote company products/services to clients.

• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve targets.

• Conduct market research to identify competitors and trends.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate records of sales activities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market trends.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and travel frequently.

• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
