Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and representing our brand in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit potential clients and generate new leads through field visits.

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

Achieve monthly sales targets and goals.

Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Submit daily/weekly reports on field activity and sales performance.

Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer service.

Stay updated with market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.

0–3 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and enthusiastic.

Basic knowledge of using smartphones and sales apps.
